Processing Time: Orders received between Monday and Friday before 11:00 a.m. EST are generally processed and shipped the same business day or by the end of next business day. However, we do incur delays from time-to-time. During holidays order processing will take longer.  Order cancellations must be requested within 12 hours from order placement. We do not ship on weekends or holidays. Items ordered together may not be shipped out on the same day, and occasionally, some items are temporarily out-of-stock. Please note that delivery dates are not guaranteed. If you have any shipping questions, order questions, or to request a cancellation, please contact Customer Service. We do not currently offer express shipping. 3greenmoms ships in the USA and to Canada.

 

Please note for FREE Shipping to CANADA, your packages may be subject to the customs fees, brokerage fees and import duties of the country to which you have your order shipped. These charges are always the recipient's responsibility. When customs clearance procedures are required, it can cause delays beyond our original delivery estimates. 3greenmoms is not responsible for any Custom's or brokerage fees of any kind.

 

3greenmoms is not held responsible and will not reimburse for carrier delays of any kind, customer shipping information entry errors, failed delivery attempts or any carrier delivery exceptions.

 

Please allow 7-10 business days from the shipment date for receipt of your order.

 

returns and exchanges:

3greenmoms is proud to offer high quality products. If you do end up returning one or more items, please note that all returns must be received within 30 days of purchase. Refunds on shipping and handling are credited only when an item is incorrectly shipped or arrives defective or damaged. All inquiries regarding returns or refunds should be sent via e-mail to customerservice@lunchskins.com. 

Please contact us at customerservice@lunchskins.com for return authorization and address information. Reference your name, contact information and order number. We will then send instructions on how to return your products. You will receive a confirmation e-mail once your package has arrived at our facilities. We cannot accept C.O.D. packages. Upon receipt of your package at our facilities, we will process your credit or refund. Your credit or refund will take 10-14 business days. If you ordered by credit card, we will credit your account and it will show on your following statement depending on the issuing bank and/or billing cycle. Unfortunately, we cannot refund your original shipping charges unless an item arrived defective or damaged.
